Birth Doula Services Include: 

• Free initial consultation – so that we can meet.

• Two to three Prenatal visits - tailored to your needs, this is when we discuss the following:           

  • Doulas role,

  • Birth plan/support options,

  • Special needs,

  • Back-up doula support.

• Continuous support during labor and delivery:

  • Relaxation techniques that work with the natural rhythm of labor,

  • Massage,

  • Hypnosis/Visualization,

  • Breathing patterns,

  • Birth ball labor positions techniques,

  • Initial breastfeeding help,

  • Next day follow up call.

•  One Postpartum visits - to check on your postpartum progress and help with any breastfeeding issues you may have.

•  Phone support up to three months after delivery.
   

Postpartum Doula Services Include:

• Breastfeeding assistance and support

• Routine newborn care and education

• Newborn care while parents rest

• Meal preparation if requested

• Tending to the needs of older children

• Nursery organization
